A wonderful Welcome

Thanks so much for stopping by my site! These are my musings. I hope you can relate or be inspired by little adventures while I'm not creating a story.

A little bit of tea shall we

Quote of the day:
Every composer knows the anguish and despair occasioned by forgetting ideas which one had no time to write down. - Hector Berlioz

Dear World,

I hope you are well today. It’s some of my favorite weather. Rain. The peaceful sounds on my window comfort me. Does rain do that to you? I’m trying something new, where I’m just going to post the quote of the day on the top. This quote has defined what’s been going on this week. I just need to get into the habit of writing down any idea that comes to my head. It doesn’t have to be apart of anything. It just needs to be written. Ideas come to you for a reason, it’s a stream of conscience that once put together form a beautiful idea. Most of my writing happens like that. Thirty ideas get written down, then one day I have my story like magic in my head. Tomorrow is pretty exciting because on my film show an animator from South Park is doing an interview on my radio show. Tune in at www.scadradio.org from 6-8pm EST. I also am interviewing a SCAD student  editor. So, it’s a double header. Eventually I’m going to post all of these interviews in a podcast. I just got to figure out how to do it.

This coming month is a Love month. So every day in February I’m going to be talking about a few things I love.  That should be enjoyable.

Take care dear world,

Coffee Pots, blenders and waffles

Dear world,
Have you ever had a day where you say. "I give up. Let's do this" I didn't exactly have a day like that, but I did. I made strawberry smoothies and had waffles at 4 in the afternoon. For no other reason then. I want to eat them. And they were delicious. In other news, I finished my feature length screenplay and it was like airing out an old sneaker. Refreshing once you got the rocks out of it. Now, I'm ever always making short scripts and telling myself that "this is the next one that I'm actually turning into a movie" but it never happens. I think procrastination creeps upon me and pulls me down into a terrible pit, drowning in an ocean we call life. Was that dramatic enough for you? Do you like the circus readers? Cause the circus is in town for just a bit longer and it makes me happy. There is something so magical about the circus that I can't describe. I think that's why I'm writing a short about it.

Love,

The writer.

By the way. Dreams do come true. You just got to believe they will happen
